Sorry, I don't have that problem with Firefox. I usually download the premium videos though, and the free ones I get from youtube.
There is a 200 ms to 1 s time in the beginning of the video viewing where it changes quality to a higher one. Not a freeze for me but like a chuck. But only once, in the beginning.
In your case I would recommend either downloading the videos or watching in VLC or other good video player.
Spin grab - try to throw it up in the air, and catch it by spinning. Does it work? It's a bit weird that Nintendo change mechanics between SMM 1 and SMM 2. But limiting old mechanics from Mario World isn't that strange. They did that with SMM too, like spin jumping on saws and fireball. Which was possible in the original Snes game. Viewing downloaded levels - a shame that's removed. I almost never used it but it's a good feature. 32 level cap - that may be changed. I'm fine with 100 levels per person, 32 feels like a generous start (you only had 10 in SMM to start with). Maybe this will remove some of the Star begging? I disliked that in SMM, people all over internet begged for stars.
@curiosus: I agree with the pricing of the expansion pack. I thought it would include 4 new real locations. But it's not. Ordinary Steam price for E-pack is 40€. That's €20 per level. You get some remixed missions, but that's way less worth than new locations.
It's Steam summer sale now, 50% down, so 20€ for the pack.
40€ for two locations is overpriced I think. It's more what you would expect for a full new season for Hitman 2, like 5 new locations or so.
@rocketblast0063: I feel ya, but I think Jeff has some solid ideas on more balanced and fair challenges, where Dan's leaned further in the ultra-heel direction and often wants to make something truly malicious. They work so well together!
I agree, Jeff is not a bad designer, at all. And Dan and Jeff are best when they work together.
I'm not writing it off. I will probably just wait for more content before I go into Hitman again. Last time I played I got mastery on all Hitman 2 and Hitman (2016) maps. So that's the way I prefer to do it.
If you use uBlock Origin for Firefox or Chrome you can right click the box you want to block and click "Block Element". As an alternative and if you don't generally trust browser extensions.
