Before I became a full on X-Box gamer, I used to own a lot of PC games. One game I love is Star Wars: Republic Commando. It's probably the shortest action game I've ever played, due to 3 story-driven levels, that take a fair amount of time to complete, but they aren't very long either. The pacing on each levels is perfect, and the voice acting's great.
Another short game I really like is Mirror's Edge. It takes at least 5-6 hours to play.
I bought a new 250GB X-Box 360 a few weeks ago, and so far it's performing wonderfully.
I've been playing Dragon Age Origins: The Complete Edition for over a week now. I finished the main quest (I've played the game at least 4 times now), and now I'm trying all the downloadable content that comes with it, including the expansion pack, Awakening.
@pinner458:Man, that's a bummer that your X-Box broke. Hopefully, you can get it fixed.
My choice for worst game would probably be Brutal Legend. I was really enjoying the artwork, and hack-and-slash gameplay, for the first half of the game. Then after that, it turned into a real-time strategy game. I'm terrible at strategy games, and I stopped playing it after that.
Just in case you didn't know, it was made by Obsidian with help from Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and it's a turn-based RPG, and completely South Park at the same time.
It's one of the games I'm looking forward to this year.
That reporter clearly doesn't know what she's talking about. That scene was Belmont plunging his teeth into the woman's neck and sucking her dry just like a Vampire would. There was no rape in there.
