Witcher 3 is still my game of the generation, and it is cool for people that have not experienced it for some reason or another that they have this version to jump in!
Even though I enjoy this playthrough, I hope they move back to playdates that are different games each week instead of these full playthroughs for a bit.
People seem upset with how the crew handles Dan, even though Dan himself seems to have 0 problems with it and sees it all in good faith. If Dan got annoyed with it, sure, i could see it, but he seems totally fine with it, so why get upset for him if he doesn't mind?
My opinion about the Tali dilemma is that I would have rolled with the consequences...if mass effect 3 was a better game filled with great content and if the way they replace the tali shaped void was good. But unfortunately both of these aren't true. So I would vote for bring her back.
Mass effect 2 really was one of the greatest games of the gen. 3 is not nearly as fantastic but still very good. The team kinda sucks in 3 though, especially without Tali.
@reaveybeach: I think the big issue is that Tali is one of like....three interesting teammates in mass effect 3, With one of the other three being day 1 dlc. Since interaction with my team is the thing I like the most in these games, basically losing 50 % off the interesting stuff related to that (if you didn't buy the dlc) is a huge blow to the game. It's not like you get another teammate to replace her. If mass effect 3 had a ton of great teammates I would 100 % be in camp "live with your consequences", but it is a sign of mass effect 3's failure on the teammate front that I would prefer for him to reload/save edit.
I actually also lost Tali in my mass effect 2 run and ended up using a save editor to get her back. Normally I am all for live the consequences but the issue is that mass effect 3 is severely, and i mean SEVERELY lacking in interesting teammates, so losing her actively will hurt the quality of that game a ton.
