A little addendum to Alex's explanation of the endings: things change drastically between playthroughs both in terms of mechanics and story, so even if you're usually not the type to play games multiple times you'll definitely want to keep playing after ending A if you're enjoying the game. In the original Nier it was a bit of a grind but here it's executed really well and in surprising ways.
There's a ghost in Wuthering Heights!? This was a great read. I've been thinking that Dwarf Fortress' deeply simulationy nature makes it so it can't help overcoming its tropes by giving them real repercussions.
