Bear in mind the clock doesn't stop when paused or in the options menu. Numerous times I've stopped playing to go make dinner, hang out with my roommates, etc. I imagine if you paused the game and then went to work, bed or school it will seriously bloat the numbers. 
 
Having said that I'm at 66 hours logged towards the end of the landsmeet, and have done ~80% of side quests available to me.

Like dragonguyx's post says, you have to forward the ports specified in the readme.txt file to your host computer. This is standard for games without dedicated servers. Worked first time with that done.

Watching that video highlights just how convoluted the storyline is.

That's funny... Must see you don't have a character over 60 so send out the Burning Crusade expansion spiel.  Strange though.
