Alpha Protocol is just too damn janky and busted for me to even give it a decent time of day. I have too many games I could be playing that are awesome without wasting my time on the ones that just barely make it by.
@RVonE: What you are missing, I think, is in assuming that when they say "ME2 on PS3 will use the ME3 engine" it means an entirely new engine. This probably means its an altered or retooled version of the engine used in ME2 as I am sure its not a new engine from scratch...especially in the turn around time of ME2 to ME3. Also, this probably helps with compatibility on PS3 and the ME2 engine was optimized for 360 and PC...which it couldn't even play well with single core processors originally.
@HitmanAgent47: yeah, sorry bro it did sound a little "I'm a PC gamer" crap that the internet is full of. I play a ridiculous amount of both PC and console games, but I only refer to myself as a gamer.
Also, there were plenty of dumb things in the PC and 360 version of ME2. While you can get the PC version to look better, the 360 is superior as it didn't have the bugs and glitches that the PC version did originally.
@Ineedaname: Lmfao, seriously. I didn't even notice the date, weird that it showed up on the front page for me. Seriously, I was like "wtf on more than one level".
@InfamousBIG: The Witcher. There is a new Tropico game every year and they always get super cheap super fast. The Witcher needs to be played by more people.
@Seppli: I'm not going to vote on that poll as its assuming any PC takes either or. Some games are good for it and others aren't. Shooters and RTS are always keyboard and mouse, but if its a 3rd person game or something like Super Meat Boy (or MAME) then a game pad is superior in my opinion. Even when given the option, mouse and keyboard offer more fidelity for PC games.
You actually want to buy this game, or are you just wanting the stuff that comes with the edition? I can point you to cheaper facehuggers if that's the case :(
So one of my goals is to get better in SC2. I had to put the game down because of some things that came up last year, but I'm coming back to it. My only strategy that I seem to have right now is to play a bunch of games against the PC to learn the build order and get the tech trees/button mapping down. Are there any good places online where I can good strategies for Terran and 'Toss? I thought I had found some good videos on YouTube but they were basically "this is how you play Starcraft" opposed to anything serious. Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys.
Also, I have tried to watch matches online and it helps some, but sometimes I have a hard time keeping up with exactly what's going on.
