@AhmadMetallic: For what it's worth, I'd bet a 100 dollars on there being a New York map in the last map pack. Partly because one of the first screenshots leaked (on this forum) was in New York.

Don't use the Drake Sword. It doesn't have any stat scaling. At this point you may be better off using an upgraded scimitar/longsword as they'll do far more damage. You will be able to use resins on these (not all weapons allow it).

Not just that, the scripting is kinda clunky. The game hates it when I stand somewhere that the AI guy is meant to, and totally makes me zoom across the floor like 10 metres. Or when your AI partner is going to stab some dude, but is on the complete wrong side of the room and literally flies over to where the enemy in question is.

The story is completely uninteresting, and I couldn't care less about any of the characters.

Does it get better? Or should I stick to my guns, and give up on it early? Just to give you some context, I am in the middle of the mission in Paris where you play as the Russians. I've done the jet level, and that was pretty neat... to begin with. But again, went on way too long and most certainly outstayed its welcome.

EA's attempt at recreating Call of Duty's rollercoaster ride seems to have failed.

It has it's moments, but I was incredibly annoyed by how limited it is. If in CoD you are told to not go off a path and you do and are shot at, you can still run back or try and kill the enemies, here you just instantly die as soon as you do anything wrong (try failing the first QTE in uprising). I found the story to be fairly uninteresting as the 'twist' doesn't really mean anything.
