I can't start my game up with MSI Afterburner running. I need to close MSI, run the game and then open up MSI whilst playing. I suspect this is because I try to lock my framerate to 60fps through MSI and the game just doesn't like it. So if you've got anything like that running, may be worth closing it and seeing if the game will boot then.

You know what, I don't think Guild Wars 2's success hangs in the balance of how well Giantbomb quick look the game. Even if it turns a duder or two off the game, there's nearly 300 in the 2 guilds we're rolling with at the moment.

Also see if anyone in the guild can hit you up with some food. I cook a load of lemon tarts that grant an extra 10exp per kill for half an hour, which is often doubling the amount of exp I get per mob. It's awesome.

The guy who did it had a whole team of people constantly sending him materials to craft with. It was no easy task and certainly wasn't him saving mats for 60 levels and then using them all up to gain 20...it took a lot more effort than that.

World v World it. The exp is great, the items drop to your characters level, the karma points keep flowing and it's hella fun.

I love WvW. It's a great source of Money, Exp, Items and Karma (though it can also be a HUGE money sink) and when you're playing with either people you know or a group of coordinated randoms, it's probably the most fun you can have with the game.

I already have a ton of stories, such as defending the castle in the center of the Eternal battlegrounds from BOTH opposing servers at the same time (one attacking on each side).

I'm from the UK with what can be described as an erratic internet connection and everything feels smooth as silk. Including WvW PVP.

SamStrife, surveying the battlefield with her rifle at the ready. There are no winners in this war, she knows that, but she'll do everything in her power not to lose.

Arghh that's the type of info I get lost in. Glad to see my cooking and artificing are the lowest professions going. Means more money for me.
