I did lumber one around for specific situations but then I leveled intelligence and got the soul arrow spell instead, which is great for certain bosses/mindless grinding. Other than shooting the dragons tail I'm not sure of any other real need for it, but I am sure its viable as a 2nd weapon if you level the right stats. Maybe for a second play through it could provide some fun edition challenge to use it as a main.

I'll definitely be getting a ps4 sometime but I'm not in a hurry for it, really more interested in the Oculus rift at this point, I'll be going where that seems strongest, which is most likely PC of course, having said that the steam machine is looking to be more of the kind of thing I'd like to be using in the future, have to wait and see.

Last night I was playing Fallout: NV and V.A.T.S a female bandit, in the slo-mo kill cam she full on bicycle kicked her own head.

Which went flying off behind her. The form was perfect, symmetrical arm posture and all. Now I've played some fallout in my time but never seen anything like that, a peak of rag-doll in my gaming career. So I thought I would make a place to share these undocumented special gaming moments. Feel free to redirect me to a thread where this already happens if there is one.

Learn to make sponge. You cant get much cheaper than butter, flour, eggs and sugar, and you can win dinnertime, every time, with cake.

@danmcn12: Fair enough. I still think isometric games like this work great on a pad, necessary tweaks aside.

I've tried to put these more in order of how into the game I was at the time rather than how I feel about it now.

  • Team Fortress 2
  • Mass Effect
  • Fallout 3
  • League of Legends
  • Battlefield 3
  • Portal
  • Dark Souls
  • Limbo
  • Arma 2 - Dayz/Wasteland
  • Saints Row The 3rd

Reluctantly left off the list: Xcom, GTA5, any of the worms remakes, Skyrim, Bioshock, Dragon Age: Origins, Endless Space.....endless list :/

I have a 360, a gaming laptop that I mostly use like a console (its usually hooked up to the tv with a pad, I love it) and a fairly bad desk top which I use to play games that require mouse and keyboard.
