iirc Atgames is a Taiwan company

it was pretty notorious around the China/Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau region

they struck some 12 years long exclusive distribution deal with sega back then but refuses to publish any of their PC game, which leads to people around that region unable to buy a whole bunch of pc games for a whole decade.

my guess is they probably gonna cash in on this classic console fad and get away with the dosh without fixing anything
