Despite my love for the first one, Assassin's Creed 2 fixes everything the first lacked in and delivers an indulging and exciting single player experience.

One (if not the) of my favorite games for the Nintendo DS. It combines my love for riddles and mind games along with my love for and engaging and exciting story. Along with a great visual style and an almost perfectly set soundtrack, this game continues the amazing franchise.

Despite my lack of interest in the first game, I put a significant amount of time and effort into this one. This was probably the game I spent most of my 1 AM game sessions playing with my friends online. A great sequel and even though there was much controversy about the need for it, I thoroughly enjoyed this game.

Amazing visuals and wonderful soundtrack and voice acting make this an incredibly fun and heart warming experience on the Wii.

The most obscure rhythm/music game to be released this year with so many factors stacked against it. This is probably the game that got the most laughs when I offered my friends a crack at it. However, despite anyone's initial thoughts, the game turned out to be extremely fun and the soundtrack was (for the most part) incredibly well thought out and structured.

I went into this game with no expectations at all. It must have been about one or two weeks before its launch that I decided to get it and started to get excited. With the small expectations I was completely blown away. Batman scratched every itch I had as a video game and comic book fan.

The combination enough subtle, new features and an amazing multiplayer experience make this a real joy.

With enough hidden collectibles to spend hours getting, the short story is lost when you find yourself jumping right back in for another round immediately after completion.
