Annnd.. the game has already been ruined by ridiculous pre-launch DLC.

  • The contents of a Limited Edition (£44.99) and Deluxe Edition (£64.99) went on to reveal Super Hero HQ and Evil Villain Lair extras, plus new characters, mystery items and crime waves.
  • The Deluxe Edition goes one better to include regional city sets: British, French and German. These include landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Brandenburg Gate and Big Ben. They also pack things like double-decker buses from London, high-speed trains from Germany and police and fire services from France.

Can someone explain to me why those features won't just be in the standard game.. like they were in the last few?

The second bulletpoint is oddly phrased. Makes it sound like London and Germany won't have police and fire services :D

I feel sorry for some of the smaller companies like Lexis Games.  How's this for a shitty scenario? They're an independent developer that released their PSN exclusive, Red Johnson's Chronicles, on the Tuesday before the PSN went down.   They're not going to be able to recover the lost money.  And the game looked kinda cool as well.

I'm sure there's more stories like this, but that's the one I know of.

Will they review the game's rating before the release date?  I'm just waiting for them to change it to 'Refused Classification'.

Just a quick aside.  The Australian ratings board is maintained by the Australian federal government.  Anything (movies, games, etc) that is going to be sold in Australia has to go through there.  It is in no way a shady source.  The strangest part is a lack of a number in the rating.  My money is on some more info at E3.

So, there is a classification on the Australian classification board's (OFLC) website that has Persona coming for the PS3.  Get ready for another Persona endurance run.

Thoughts, anyone?

I would like to assist in this mission of reaching page 100.  Also, where's my bombcast?

My internet is SLOW.  Damn Australian ISP reducing my speed to 56K for downloading too much.

I was kinda hoping the money from the Halo ads was paying for their way over there.  Oh well.
