It's been a while, but if I remember right this mission basically plays out nearly identically regardless of your choice in ME1 with the rachni queen. Disappointing.

Can you shoot out the cockpit of those big mechs and climb in once you kill the pilot or am I remembering that wrong?

Isn't there a Krogan scientist npc on Tuchanka that has a pyjak in his lab that you can punch?
