Contrary to most people here I actually enjoyed Dragon Rising and am looking forward to this game! :)
Putting up a second opinion for Blacklight: Tango Down, it's a good budgetgame while still entertaining.

I play engineer most of the time. I find the RPG to be a nice anti-tank weapon and I keep repairing the tanks my friends are driving in.
