They're missing important characters. I wanted Snake Form Kabuto, Third Raikage, Rinnegan Tobi, and Nine Tail Chakra Mode Naruto........and throwing in 1st Hokage, 2nd Hokage, and Sage of the Six Paths wouldn't ruin the game either.....
