You know the mini 2 hole power cords that insert into the TV/Device?

They never feel like they went in all the way or properly like on the super slim PS3 and recently my HD cable box and TV

I mean I guess I can see one advantage at least you don't need to track down a unique first party power cord like say Xbox 360

Plus it's not like back in the day if your TV/Device power cord got damaged or cut your pretty much screwed!

Xbox 360 only supports 1080p "upscale" your not actually seeing the video in native 1080p

PS3 has actual supports for 1080p native i.e. true 1080p not upscale

Why?

Basically cause DVD ROM or TV broadcasts cant produce native 1080p

only the hardware can upscale and mimic 1080p

Blue Ray discs as far as physically media can produce native 1080p

but digital download media can have 1080p native just so long as you have the proper hardware to see true 1080p

However 75% of media is still by default 720p

Why buy PS4 an or Xbox One when all the kewl kids are gonna be playing the games I mentioned?

I think hardware is gonna be a tough sale in general late this year and through out 2014

As a gamer I would have bought a PS4 sooner than later if I could play PS3 disc games on it...

P.S. After playing The Last of Us do we really need next gen yet?
