@shtinky: sure, blame the right people though.
@nasher27: the same exact rules apply though. What weapon type you prefer dictates what you use. As long as they're similar levels they'll be comparable, the only differences you should be looking for is within a weapon class.
Shotguns will always be better than assault rifles in close range and snipers will always beat them both at long range, there's no way you can objectively compare which one is stronger or better.
No idea how it is now but any bullet sponginess was solved by shooting breakpoints or focus firing to knock off heavies armour. I've had trouble not killing the heavies with sledge hammers when i was grabbing some commendations.
@nasher27: just go with what you like shooting? I really don't understand the complaint of not knowing what's better, it's completely situational and up to preference. If you like how shotguns and assault rifles feel use them and ignore the other classes, or do it based on your build. It's like being mad/frustrated that Halo doesn't say what's objectively the best weapon.
@arcadefire: @shtinky: The Pokemon Company didn't develop this game.
It's fun coming to this review a bit later and still seeing comments complaining about all of the 'Kojima fanboys' in the comments when on day one most every comment has been like "yup, game's shit just like I knew it would be when it was first announced!" non-stop, or acting like it has so many middling/negative reviews that supports them when most of them are good to great. Just calm down people and just have fun with games.
@azuregale: I generally use anime OP/EDs as an excuse to browse the internet for 2 minutes as a sort of break if I'm watching multiple episodes at once, if I'm not I'l'l skip the OP after I've seen it once and I'll generally skip to the end of the ED. You can't just skip the ED and the rest of the episode as some shows have post credit scenes before the preview!
@neocalypso: Kingdom Hearts is 10x more convoluted than metal gear ever could or will be though.
@wanaming0: Having not listened to the beastcast yet, the comments I saw on the QL page were pretty dang fair and nice for the most part. Especially in comparison to things like the Ancestors quicklook were Dan got a whole lot of shit.
These last two episodes with everyone against Dan wasn't that great to watch on top of an already rough series, it all just felt mean spirited.
While I already think 3 person quicklooks are a bit to frequent/have to many people on them, 5 is even more so. Not sure why Mike and Abby were there, well not sure why Mike was there and why Abby was mic'd up I should say. With Jeff's quality not being great and not many glitches appearing this was a bit of a bummer. Mostly enjoyable quicklook nonetheless, going through the roster was great and a few people I ended up googling just to compare because their models were so bad.
