I would pay $100 for RDR on PC, even if it required me to upgrade to Windows 8

Yes to first part, no to second.

But if the first part happened I'd probably do the second just to play it... then go back to win7.

Dude..... dude pls. Stahp. Just imagining playing Red Dead Redemption maxed out on my PC, aiming the lasso at people with my mouse, headshotting bandits with my MOUSE, jumping onto horses with my SPACE BAR, oh my fucking goddddddddddddddddddd. Stahp dude, pls.

Dem graphics and dose loading times too, holy fuck.

I realize I'm speaking like an imbecile, but this is quite literally the only thing in gaming today that could make me squeal. RDR on PC.

Feels like it has to be a really weird mistake if they were to create an entire page by accident for a game that isn't going to be on PC.

Are there any religeous sites where I can go to spout something babyish and get reasonablly clever people to waste hours of their time providing me with information I'm not remotely willing to understand?

I am willing to understand and I already understood what I learned here about hit-and-miss mutations that happen over centuries, as well as female species sucking semen out of their males.. So I'm sorry to disappoint your typical post, you're wrong.

If they can't explain it themselves, why do they critiscize religion for it?

Because it does claim to?

The last thing that matters about religion is creationism, but you keep perpetuating the false belief that religion is nothing but a story about a dude who created the fucking world. That religion means creationism.

I'm mildly religious in certain (somewhat unorthodox) spiritual ways and I don't give two shits who created what. Stop crucifying religion to sound smart, religion is not a thesis about the origin of the world, it's a rich well of life lessons and teachings, a moral compass, and a source of inner peace for millions around the world. Even if they're delusional, they're happy inside and many of them are peaceful and tolerant, dammit.

You are to religions and believers what FOX news is to you, you crucify and ridicule and lay blame without understanding or distinguishing the beliefs or their believers, they're all basement-dwelling neck-bearded nerds to you who play San Andreas then go outside and stab homeless people. If religion is synonym to creationism then gaming is synonym to being a fat lonely loser who will one day shoot up a school.

Edit: This isn't against you personally VGK it's aimed at evolution enthusiasts who call out "religion" without being specific.

@leebmx: I really don't wanna spam this thread but I can't contain my emotions, I need to vent them - THIS SHIT IS CRAZY

This dude has got to be the worst kung fu drama actor in history, he does all the out of sync kung fu lip syncing without the actual kung fu, and he's brilliantly terrible at drama. I'm having such weird fucking laughs man, this is a riot.

Also, terrible sex scene every 10 minutes, that's the way to go! Dramas have like 3 sex scenes spread throughout, but this guy understands blue balls. I like how the sex scenes have more endings than Lord of the Rings, the camera can't decide whether to pan away or keep shooting, so it just circles around slowly.

First of all, a lot of people here hate the word 'gamer,' you'd probably get more views and responses if you edit it out, just a tip!

Secondly, I really wanna figure you out now because the items of your post are intriguing, I could not pinpoint a thing about you, you're mad and I like it.

  • I've played CS and CoD out of your 'loved' list btw. Do you really love the first CoD but not the second? Or MW1? Why is that?
  • What is it about CSS that grabbed you so much to the point that you're only playing that game? Anything specific or is it easy (in a way) to jump in and play it?
  • I wouldn't consider BF3 "okay" if you bought it for the visuals and stopped 2 months in, before any map packs even dropped. You should explain your definition of 'okay' to be clearer.
  • Your 'no thanks' category tells me that atmosphere and environment doesn't grab you or do it for you very much? If you resisted the colorful world of Skyrim and the oceans and tropical islands of Black Flag, that's my conclusion.
  • Lastly I wanna ask, what are you seeking out of vidja gaims? I like a compelling atmosphere wrapped around innovative gameplay mechanics, if the gameplay is basic/bad or the atmosphere is shitty, I feel bored. What about you?
  • Also the fact that you're on a PC has a lot of exclusive or superior advantages, so that can be counted in a recommendation, but I'm not sure which aspect of PC makes you play on it?

You're a remarkable specimen, or maybe a hipster :P j/k

It seems that you like competitive games with a lot of depth. Have you considered DotA? It seems up your alley.

That sounds about right, go for it!

I would within seconds detect which of the two children I think has a better personality or brain by talking to them, and save him/her, leaving the bratty one behind.

I know it sounds terrible but the whole premise of this question is terrible.

It paves the way for developers to lure people into funding a project they don't really care about, just to get a prize associated with backing.

I agree that that's kinda bad - games would get kickstarted not on their merit but as a way to get irrelevant prizes.

But then again I think the online gaming community eats up games with decade-old gameplay designs without making a peep or demanding innovation, worships game commentators, and some are willing to pay thousands to have dinner with someone who designs video games.

This industry and its customers and 'fans' are terribly irrational and embarrassing so, what can you do? That's the way it is. "Kickstart to dine" is a thing now I guess.

In other words, if there are people who are stupid enough to be lured, then the luring shall ensue.

Never heard of that movie or its creator, but I'm gonna watch it tonight because Seth Rogen totally sold me on it in that article:

“I saw it like 10 years for the first time, like right when it came out. I had just moved to LA and there would be billboards for it and ads and stuff like that. I remember I saw it with Jonah Hill actually, randomly, and then we became obsessed with it, like it was the greatest f*cking thing we had ever seen.”

What you can’t ignore is that there’s tons of bad movies that aren’t watchable and that no one watches over and over and over again. So there is something that you kind of have to give credit to. Because of all the sh*tty movies, he made one that people still watch ten years later. People love it, so there’s obviously something — no effort of the guy who made it — but there’s something oddly brilliant about it in a way.”

I must see that shit!

Anyway, I like Franco but he kind of sucks in his serious movies, I dunno, I don't feel him. He's good when he's with the funny bunch, which is enough for me. So I won't be watching this "documentary," unless I enjoy The Room tonight.

"Where's Seth? We need to talk some more about Pineapple Express 2, I got some ideas."

You're feeding your curiosity and gaining knowledge and understanding, that's pretty fun, but why would it freak you out?

None of the things you mentioned ever affected you, or ever will, in your day-to-day life, they don't threaten your well-being or anything, so what's up? It's mindblowing that you exist, a microscopic being in a seemingly endless universe, but that IMO is all it is, mindblowing, and after you have your mind blown you should continue doing what you're doing I think. Why dwell on it?

FYI denying creationism and abiding by a religion are not mutually exclusive. You can believe in evolution and the big bang, and still use the spirituality of religion to lighten up your soul, I know many people who are like this. You may not need religion, but I know literally dozens of people who feel happiness and inner peace because of the teachings of their chosen prophet. Think of religion as life lessons from wise figures.

Eh, not really. I sometimes think too hard about mine and other people's names and start laughing my ass off, though. I dunno why, I just find names hilarious.

This, on the other hand, is pretty funny.

The names, Mason, what do they mean?!
