An epic clash between cosmic beings take place on our planet for some odd reason and their mommy doesn't like it so she blows up our planet.  Although this is kind of alien-y. 
 
Or how about there's this guy, and if he thinks about something, it happens. One day.. he imagines earth eating the sun but the sun is too hot so earth dies.

The more content there is the happier I am, so why not?

Oh yeah I'm buying it 'cause I desperately need to find out what the hell is going to happen. Being good at multiplayer is just a bonus. 
 
Also, I swear to God that Wings of Liberty will end with the biggest god damn cliffhanger gaming has ever known.

Are you guys kidding? Taking down a heli is one of the easiest things ever. Just use the AT4 or an AA gun and it's all gravy.
