Heavy competition in what regard?  I don't think he would go to to the Dark Void developers just to make a game to compete with Valve's Portal. And plus, competition is a good thing if it were to happen. "
Heavy competition in the sense of both developers pumping out top quality games.

According to an article over at gamespot Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is slated for a My 25 release here in North America and in the UK on May 28.
