Would like to remind people that gun violence isn't increasing or decreasing, the media is just reporting on them more often and therefor its in the public eye more. You still are more likely to die from car accidents, eating McDonalds, the flu, suicide, ect ect. Banning guns isn't a viable solution in the US due to our culture and history, even cutting down on the larger caliber weapons would be a very difficult law to pass. Yes this is terrible and yes if something can be done, it should be, but look at some statistics before we all knee jerk react to the media broadcast tactics

We should also avoid blatant sensationalisms like this.

A smattering of thoughts on whats going on in my Anime world. I'm watching more than these, but these are the ones that stand out right now

• If Fate/Stay Unlimited Blade Works keeps up this quality, it will easily be one of if the the best anime I've even seen. Animation quality alone is jaw dropping. Its got me playing the VN right now. (New episodes Saturdays)
• I've also started to watch Mirai Nikki and School Days, and they're fucking something else. Can't recommend either of them honestly, but they certainly are off the wall and I'm enjoying them for the most part.
• Log Horizon 2 is pretty good even with the studio swap, the quality of animation did take a hit it seems. (Saturdays)
• I joked that my dad should watch Elfien Lied sarcastically because its basically a bad porno and now it was halfway watched on our shared Hulu. I feel bad for the introduction considering Elfien Lied is a terrible intro.
• Akame Ga Kill is fantastic and another of my all time favorites. Its solely responsible for my reading of manga now (Sundays)
• Akatsuki no Yona is ok I guess. Seems like it has room to grow at least. Might be worth a shot its (Tuesdays)
• Sword Art Online is going strongish. Still hasn't topped the first half of season 1, but much better than the fairy stuff. Excited for the new season because of where the Light novel goes.
• TRINITY SEVEN is a harem ass harem show so far, if thats your thing it seems pretty good. I'll keep watching it to get over the lack of good shows during Summer season (Tuesdays)
• Aldnoah Zero is fantastic. It's on break right now and comes back early next year. Go watch it, its got cool mechs and is my favorite mech anime since Valverave and Majestic Prince.

There was a good year and a half to two years that I logged at least 10 hours of League of Legends every day. I've cut back now to a much more manageable 4-5 but will probably start up again come January-February to rank myself in Diamond 3+. Way back in highschool I worked 40 hour weeks and went to school full-time, I made time for video games even if it was only for 30 min. I can't imagine stopping anytime soon
