The Xbox 360 has been out for almost FOUR YEARS now, you can no longer even find Gamecubes or original Xbox games/consoles in shops anymore (and PS2's aren't far behind)...

So can we finally stop calling it Next Gen!?

Maybe I've just been unlucky but I still seem to stumble upon the last few fools who refer to it as Next Gen

I actually saw a commercial for a game that said "coming to all next-gen systems".

I thought it was pretty funny, actually.

The best one is when you'll see a video of a game in 2009 with a PR guy or one of the developers talking about it and someone will ask "So, you're showing the Wii version. Will this game be comming to other consoles" where then the PR guy will say "We're only showing the Wii version right now, but check back in a couple months where we'll be showing off the Next Gen version of the game".

Eurgh.
