Seems that he lost his first match, too.

I have a lot of admiration for what did. I hope you keep at it a bit longer. If this is it though, good job on making it this far.

@PainGod89:

That's by design, if you continue after getting a game over, your score doesn't count. Like an arcade game.

Best: The hardware is great. The front touchscreen is super responsive, and the d-pad and the buttons are both god-tier. Super clicky; although the face buttons are on the small side, you won't be able to hit one by accident.

Middling: The UI design issues have been mentioned, and I agree. I wish Sony would have thought a little more about what works better on a handheld, rather than using a bunch of the stuff that seems like it was a transfer of the PS3 design philosophy. Also, the first time I downloaded a demo my heart stopped when it thanked me for my purchase. I thought I had just paid for Asphalt: Injection.

Because of the screen size, and maybe my hands, the position of the analog pads isn't that great. It's usable, but a little hard to hold.

The memory cards are effin' tiny. Like pinky fingernail sized.

Worst:

I don't know how I feel about the rear touchscreen. It would be nice if they find a good use for it, but right now I can imagine it being cut out of the inevitable Vita revision. All I know for now is that Touch my Katamari uses on the fly rear touch, and whether because of sensitivity or positioning I'm finding it really hard to get right. I get unhappy when something gets in the way of my rolling.

I got the 3G bundle, and the AT&T deal is scummy. The whole "free month's use and free copy of Super Stardust"* (*with activation of account) doesn't say anything about paying for the first month any where on the box. Maybe that wording is commonly understood, but I would have thought that activating an account just meant signing up for an account, provided I hadn't already read the complaints. Also the sign up process is total garbage. For God's sake, don't let your Vita fall asleep when you're doing it!

Haven't had any experience with OLED before, and I only noticed this when I was playing in the dark last night. It was like looking into the maw of some eldritch terror.

So, I guess it was because the people I was trying to add had a full list? It would be nice if the Vita was a little clear about this, and not so accusatory.

The way I understand "near", which is not much at all, I don't think proximity is that much of an issue. I think there might be something with your settings.

Does the Karma system prevent you from flagging multiple threads at the same time? This is something I can't ever seem to do.

So, I recently made a new PSN account for the Vita, and then proceeded to add everyone that was on the list in the other thread. After going through the whole list, I tried to add Giantbombing, but it said "You cannot add anymore friends". Since I really wanted to add the GB guys, and a couple other people outside of the site, I started going back and rescinding some requests. I've also tried removing a couple people, but I still get the same message. I thought I might have hit the limit for friends, but right now I only have 39, and 21 requests pending. Is there some sort of time limit to how many people you can add in a certain time?

Edit: Just ignore this, it was a really easy discovery.

@Keen314: Have you tried out the updated Wipeout? The loading times were the main reason I passed on it.
