Isn't it your job to come up with content ideas? I mean if I come up with some primo material do I get a taste?

A FF6 game? First I've heard of it. Speaking of which, that trailer was NUTS tonight.

Those racing movies are starting to turn into the Final Fantasy of Film. The FFF if you will.

I don't know why you would even remotely believe this kind of rumor. The PC support was only included in the original because Bungie had initially begun development outside of the X-Box, and the sequel only received a makeshift port in order to push Windows Vista and its subesequently extinct disc streaming technology.

That isn't to say I wouldn't have a lot of fun playing Halo 3/ODST on PC, but I have serious trouble even entertaining the idea that they'd put effort into something that wouldn't even register as a blip on their sales radar.

My general rule of thumb when leveling a class has been that if I don't have a rune for a skill yet, I don't use it.

It can be a good combo for keeping your health bar full when used in conjunction with things like Sanctuary, Mantra of Healing and Breath of Heaven (all of which your Ally benefits from).

I'm at the end of Hell and it really is doing nothing for me DPS wise, though it is definitely pulling its weight in helping me stay survivable, especially if you use the Earth Ally (which boosts your health by 10%) on top of an Amethyst on your helm slot.

There is probably something to be said that a moderator knowingly being a "dick" on forums, and refusing to change, violates the rule about

  1. NO flaming, trolling, disruptive activity or posts which encourage such behaviour:

The only thing that keeps it from breaking that rule is that the thread is closed before anyone can respond to it.. but clearly, judging by the responses here, it is disruptive.

Well, you can always report him if you think he's breaking rules instead of upholding them I guess.

I didn't write the rules, so I can't really say whether or not this would count. I mean, being snarky seems to be fine on these forums, so long as you're actually saying something worth the keystrokes in-between the snark.

You get the experience, yes.

You get experience every time a monster is killed in your game instance, period. I don't know if you have to be within a certain range to get the experience though, or if one of your friends can play Donkey Konga on Azmodan's face while you're in town and you still benefit from it.

Your mystic Ally also heals you when it hits if you have life on hit/life-leech stats on your weapons, as well as healing itself.

I think the idea of locking threads in off-topic forums defeats the purpose of those forums. It's like locking a thread discussing football in an NFL forum.

Any thread in a NFL forum that isn't dedicated to discussing the animated robots in the NFL TV bumpers deserves to be locked.

I am a bit of a dick. That's unlikely to change.

Thanks.

Responses like that don't do you any favours in trying to counter the OP's argument.

He doesn't really have anything to counter. He agrees he's a big ol' meanie, but he's trying to say that said meanie attitude isn't the reason behind threads being locked.

They're being locked because they're really dumb.
