@yapapanda: I doubt they would do that, there is to much money to be made from their controllers on PC. Windows 8 has not got the critical mass yet to make an exclusive PC controller release worthwhile IMHO.

Buy the way everyone, PC gamers (or a third party company) will make the PS4 controller work no matter what so if that's what you want don't worry about it, it WILL happen.

I'm confident the Xbox One controller will be usable after a while (or immediately). The PS4 controller will not work without finagling (like now). Its a guess but a fairly good one I think. As said in a previous thread the touch pad would be awesome for cursor control.

I'd like one please :-) On the fence, but a massive Torchlight fan.

Yep, that's pretty funny. The technical shortcomings kind of soured my experience with the first. Hopefully 2 will be much better if they come through with these promises. Just send that list to all current PC/Console developers and us PC guys will be much happier. One thought though, the only mouse smoothing option should be to not include it as an option.

As long as you are not actually spending real money on them, I think you have your strategy pretty nailed down. Play it and unlock stuff and have fun...then realise that the ME3 multi player development time/production costs could have been better spent elsewhere and move on.

I have been a member (or lurker) of the site for a long time. I feel that in some odd way this website is as much a creation of its awesome community as it is Whiskey Media's. As such, this takeover need not be an inherently bad thing, as long as the community calls out any unwanted outside influences or decisions (e.g. splitting the bombast in the past). I have faith that the Giant Bomb team will operate with the same level of integrity as they have always done, and will continue to provide excellent coverage of the gaming industry with the same oddball antics we have all come to expect and love over the past few years.

The fact that they now have corporate backing both fills me with excitement and also terror about what they now might attempt.

It is still a WEBSITE, about VIDEO GAMES...and love.

@Animasta: They stated in a press conference that all the extra content for the console version will be patched into the PC version. Given their excellent post release support thus far I have no reason to doubt that.
