Games I beat in 2010

2010 has been a great year for me. The biggest reason is that I finally got enough money to buy a PS3. As you may see, my gaming is pretty DS and PS3 heavy, but there is also a couple of PC games there.

List items

  • A great dungeon crawler. Completed the main quest, but didn't bother to level my character to lvl100.

  • The game didn't match up to my high expectations, but succeeded to deliver the Ace Attorney feel. Too bad it wasn't enough.

  • I succeeded to get a copy of this surprisingly rare game. At least I haven't seen it anywhere in my country. I hated the art-style, which didn't bother me in Dawn of Sorrow. The main characters were just so bland in my opinion.

  • Managed to buy Castlevania Double Pack and rushed through Harmony of Dissonance. The game was a cake-walk, but it did have annoying music and boring characters.

  • So then I got a PS3 and this was the first game I played with it. Love it! Absolutely fantastic game!

  • Nothing to say what hasn't already been said. Brilliant game I'm playing through again.

  • I had heard so much bad about this, but still I bought it. And enjoyed the hell out of it!

  • I like the multi player, but played through the single player campaign only to see what's the fuzz about. Good gameplay, but uninteresting plot and characters.

  • A great little lite RPG. Great writing and a brilliant concept.

  • Bought this for my girlfriend because she wanted to play a Tomb Raider game, but she got too scared after she saw a Kraken's tentacle. Well, I played it for her amusement. The game had many glitches like Lara getting stuck on every corner and the camera was just plain awful. The plot made no sense as I had never played a TR game before ans supposedly this game connects to the earlier games in the series. Still, I was surprised that I enjoyed playing it. Some good puzzles and some worse, but there was something that kept me hooked.

  • Played through the campaign in co-op with my girlfriend and had a blast. Great mechanics and a good variety of puzzles.

  • Finally got myself to play the other half of the Castlevania double pack and this game was absolutely amazing compared to Harmony of Dissonance. Although the dialogue and storytelling are a joke, the gameplay makes up for it.

  • God I love this game! I guess nothing else needs to be said. Definitely aiming for platinum and will most likely get AC:B at some point.

  • Completed just in time for Christmas. Great game and I liked the pacing and the changes in environment. Will play it again on Crushing when I get back home after New Year's eve.
