Although it sounds like you're mostly into RPGs and strategy games, I'd recommend Sleeping Dogs. Easily one of the best looking games all year (on PC).

SHIELD is a mistake. Nvidia would've been better off releasing a premium gaming PC, like Razor, instead. Ouya could be real interesting due to the attractive price point and growing popularity of free-to-play games. The determining factors, imo, are 3rd party support and how they'll handle multiplayer.

Sleeping Dogs, and now I'm powering through Persona 3 FES (if that's even possible).

About 30 hours and I'll never get them back again...

I've found switching over from streaming to YouTube format or HTML5 improves the sound levels greatly, but I'm not sure what to do about live streams.

Resident Evil 6 is *not* that bad.

Syndicate did not belong in the GB's Top 10 of 2012 at all.

The Dark Knight Rises often didn't make sense, and was easily the weakest in the trilogy.

The only person I know who can make a game about driving an 18-wheeler in Europe seems like amazingly fun time!

Ton of fun, but surprised no one contested Syndicate's placing on the Top 10! I know Jeff's a big fan, but gotta admit that candidate kind of came out of left field.

@Tharrington: $7.25?! I live in LA (where they make movies, for Chrissake!) and it's usually around $12-16 depending on the theater. I feel like they should handing out DVD copies when we exit...
