I am in! I haven't gotten completely back into things, but I'm more than excited to be apart of a community event. I have a few questions though!
As I recall when Moz used to stream previous events, you guys chilled in Ventrillo, Skype or something. I was wondering if there will be a Giant Bomb RaidCall group or something similar potentially? I'd love to sit in with the commentating, unless I was playing of course.
I also wanted to know if you'd mind me recording the matches, mine and others, for YouTube. I'll understand completely if you don't want me to, but I would love to upload the event to YouTube.
Since it was something on the rise in contemporary gaming, I was curious if GB was going to look into housing an environment for the GB community to promote their own personal live streams. It would serve as a great opportunity for people to gain awareness for their personal streams as well as be a nice hub for those of the GB community looking to watch people play some games.
I was also thinking it'd be interesting to see this come to GB who now partner with Gamespot who are partners with Twitch I believe.
For a site which looks to its community to add to its editorial/review/wiki content, why not look to us to add something to the live streaming content?
@baldgye: Yeah, a show made by an MLG employee did a great job
It's not whether we can cover this with better insight, but get the opinion of others. JP, iNcontrol, etc.'s opinions are great, but I want more of the community's opinion as a whole.
Half the crap on TL and reddit is crowded by raging noobs.
