Halo 3 when it came out.
 
 A few of us were all lv 1 when we started and one of our party obviously wasn't lv1. He ran it up on us over and over continually calling us homos over and over and over again. After about the 4th game I quit after being tired  of listening to him. Then he sent me about 4 msgs on xbl calling me a homo for quitting. It was the last time I up'd my xbl subscription.

I'd say RE2 beats out Silent hill by a notch for me.

Thousands and thousands and thousands. Been gaming for almost 30 years and amassed  probably 1300 games give or take still in my collection. Have around 15 consoles still too. Plus all the stuff I've bought, sold, re bought multiple times really adds up.

I feel kinda lucky compared to the guy on his 11th, seeing as I'm only on my 7th.

I have never bought a retail game for easy achievements, but rented them. I've also bought psn/xbla for easy achievements/trophies if the price is right. I used to squeeze every point I could out of games until I realized I was playing games I just didn't like that much for points. And that was the end of it.

Heart Attack some time in my 40s.

My parents bought me an Intellivision, even though I was hellbent on getting a 2600.

Probably 400+. Had about 250 on my 2nd build and have a few since then.
I really liked the game.  I 1530/1550 on 360 and plat on ps3 and am STILL playing the game.

Played the hell out of it until my Ps3 save corrupted my lv 50 Siren. I had put so much work into that char and done so much weapon farming that it just took the wind out of my sails to play it any more.

Nostalgia mostly. Makes me think of times when things were simpler. 
I dusted off my NES and did a Zelda 1 and 2 and a Metroid run last year. Thought it was awesome I could still remember maps and strategies 20 + years later.
