Been dabbling with Raid mode. Must say, I love it so far. My only complaint is that the male animations, (same set for Barry, Hunk and Wesker), look a little goofy and clumsy. Other than that, this iteration of Raid mode is outstanding.

@lokilaufey: You are free to that opinion. I don't think they are a load of shit personally. I never walk around in public toting a firearm, like EVER. But I'd prefer to have the ability to do so if I feel the need. A normal person with a firearm openly visible and holstered just isn't scary to me. That doesn't make me feel any less safe in public. The threat of a crazy dude coming to school with his arsenal, and a handful of small-town cops saying they have it under control? That's a little scary.

@madman356647@jagged85 By all means, under normal circumstances, there is no need to bring a gun to school. But when a crazy man is threatening to come to the school and shoot/bomb everyone, and school doesn't cancel? I don't trust police, specifically Utah police, to be able to handle campus-wide security. I personally am not going to just sit in class and hope crazy man doesn't wander into class and lay waste.

By labeling a building/campus/whatever as a "gun-free zone", all you are doing is making it an easy target for criminals who are going to bring one anyway.

I go to school at Utah State. On campus today there were feminist protesters, many of which seemed to be directing complaints at the state's concealed carry laws that dissuaded her from speaking. You can't take away a person's right to defend themselves, so I don't think the law should be targeted. However, while I don't really agree with most of what Sarkeesian says, she should be free to give her talk without death threats.

I'd kind of dig it if they added optional replacement character models that updated them to their more current look. i.e. Beefed up Chris, revelations Jill, etc...

@ares42: Oh, I'm well aware of Elder Scrolls inherent clunkiness. I just think this looks worse than the usual.

This is merely my own opinion, but MMO's in general have never done it for me. Viewing the gameplay footage available, I know its an unfinished product but it is failing to impress me. The animation and gameplay seem clunky and poor.

I am a big fan of Elder Scrolls as a series, and I would have been far more interested in a more polished and focused experience not unlike Borderlands. Build up a small party of your friends and embark on quests within Tamriel.

With a lower player count, I would hope that the netcode would be smoother and we could get graphics, animation and physics on par with or better than Skyrim. But as it stands, it just looks like another bland clunky MMO.
