I am super gutted for the Giant Bomb community as a whole, but happy that Austin gets such a great opportunity. In the short time he has been the news editor, he has given of his kindness, mind, and personality that blend so seamlessly into the GB fabric. It is hard to see such a good guy go. The first Mario Party Party was the deciding factor that made me become Premium. I love Mario Party and I love their hate for Mario Party. It's very much a schadenfreude experience (and therefore messed up) that makes me laugh and laugh and laugh.

Well, that sucks. Guess I better find all the games I haven't registered.

Sad about this change, but happy too. I live on the east coast and it has been tough to watch the live content due to the time difference (often watching the archives instead). Having a proper east coast Giant Bomb will be great. I hope one of the "new" people is Danny O'Dwyer--he has added a lot to Giant Bomb Videos and features.

Unbelievable...he will be deeply missed. Thanks for all the laughs and good times, Ryan.
