i found my profile but nothing really all that embarrassing on mine. sortof plain and boring really though it's been a long while since i've even logged in.
it can be popular all it wants to be. still lacks the heart and soul of what tested was before. if this is what it's going to be from now on over there then i'm prolly gonna move on over to some other tech site unfortunately. i'll give them time and see where things go, but i have a terrible feeling about the direction that the site is going in now. this all just feels real gut wrenching in a way. good on will and norm for being able to have the chance to broaden their fan base, but i honestly don't have high hopes for the site. feels like it's trying to reach too many areas at once. would have been nice to see all of whiskey media go over to cbsi than see this happen.
as someone who isn't in a gaming industry but enjoys learning anything he can in regards to it, i enjoy watching the gdc panels that are viewable in the free section of the gdc vault website. i was wondering if anyone knew when the panels for 2012 gdc would likely be up for viewing. i know gdc just passed, but wasn't sure if there was a usual time table for when that stuff goes up or if it's a "whenever they get them up" type of situation. sad to see no 2-3 podcast go-around for gdc like there has been in the past. those podcasts, outside of the e3 and game of the year podcasts, are podcasts that i truly look forward to with each new year. maybe next year. still got a few panels from last year that i haven't gone thru yet. mostly postmortems though, but neat stuff nonetheless.
Still heavily on the fence about it so prolly just gonna rent it tomorrow. For some reason seeing myself not do all that good in the demo didn't drive my want for the game all that much. I like the series enough though to not pass up on this go around though. Might be nit-picky but seeing on the screen duplicate trick sortof deters me. It's like a punishment message when I see it. I like to just do tricks and get points and have fun. Seeing that message sortof breaks me from the game a little. I guess my days from the early tony hawk games are conflicting with ssx a bit. Idk =/ one of a few small gripes of mine but I'll still give it a go.
great game indeed. glad i saw this earlier or else i never would have noticed really. love this game to death. big time excited for darksiders 2. i am definitely looking forward to playing through this game all over again.
what the hell is going on over at bioware these days? especially with the dragon age crew. i would love to know because it just seems like there is no semblance of order over there these days. i'm 100% against the attacks on the woman, but come on. you don't come out and say something like that when the masses are already waving their torches and pitchforks wildly. it's just as equally dumb. this isn't what bioware needs right now when they have the mass effect release just right around the corner. this whole situation makes me shake my head in silence and disgust. =/
