There was this PS1 game I remember renting from the blockbuster with my dad before my mom made me return it for being too violent. This would have been 97-99, and I remember the game being third person and science fiction-y, and there were several levels where you drove semi-realistic tanks? It might have been rated M, but I'm not sure.

I want to get a VR headset, and the 1080 that I'll be receiving very soon will very much help that. However, while I shore up the cash for the headset, I'm stumped as to which I want to get. I'm heavily invested in the Steam ecosystem, but I don't even have close to the space for a "Room Scale" experience, not that I'm even very interested in it. Is the Vive leading with standing VR, and then everything else is secondary, or is there equal room for both types of experiences? Are third-party games trending to have release parity for both Oculus and Vive as time goes on, or do I have to take exclusives into consideration?

I was giving a lot of thought yesterday between playing The Beginner's Guide and reflecting on my thoughts on my experiences playing MGSV versus how dissapointed/frustrated people seemed to be about the back half of the game.

As the industry grows, people gain the ability to tell different stories in fascinating new ways, but what games do you play just for fun? It doesn't have to be a complete genre-shifter or even a game that most people consider good, just a game that brought you endless hours of sheer joy.

This is obviously quite a subjective question, and I'm not expecting any definitive answers. For me, clear standouts in my mind would be Super Mario World, Renegade Ops, and Saints Row 3.
What about you?

Hey guys, I was thinking about sending this as an email for a while now, but I figured that this question has probably already been answered.

I know that the crew has individual responsibilities, and there are meetings to go to and reviews to write, but I was just wondering: Beyond site content (Quick Looks, UPF, Metal Gear Scanlon, etc), how much time does the Bomb Squad have to play games during the week?
