I can see where you're coming from and had the same problem.  No real advice, but I'm stoked for L4D too.

I've been skimming the site for some time and I've seen many articles that are well written and quite informative.  But for every one of those there is two articles that are poorly written with little information and are obviously contrived purely for the purpose of getting more points.  I'm not complaining, but simply wondering how this might change in the future.  I think that they should put in a system where any user with say 50-100 points can make minor changes, like a character or a word, to any page (only editing existing content not adding new) and have them be instant.  That could provide an incentive to fix little typos and such, but it could lead to further problems.  Other ideas?
