Runs fine for me in 1440p once I did the borderless gaming fix. 1070, & i5 (something or other, I don't really care it's the newest one). Cut-scenes are occasionally choppy, but it's nothing deal breaking. I wish it had an unlocked frame-rate but solid 60 is good enough.

I'm liking the new Dangan Ronpas, but that's probably because I have a vested interest in some of the characters already, one of whom just died

The show is such wasted potential. Monokuma doesn't pop like he does in the games. Every scene featuring him is just painful. I care very little about any of the new characters and I've forgotten what all of them do already.

The new killing game mechanics were poorly explained for something so obvious. They could have just had Monokuma say "This is just that party game mafia" and it would have done a better job.

As it stands, I enjoyed the first episode of the fanservicey despair arc a lot more than both of the episodes of this future arc. But I'm going to continue watching because it's enjoyable enough even if it's nothing outstanding.

Started Kids on the Slope the other day as it's on Netflix here, incredible in every aspect and may have got me listening to Jazz. Took me a while to realise it was set in the 60s that's how little Japanese schools have changed.

Diamond is Unbreakable continues to be incredible aside from the plot progressing rather slowly. We're starting to get into uncharted territory for me, I started reading part 4 after part 3 ended with no confirmation of another season but quickly put it down again when I heard DiU was getting animated. I have no idea what is going to happen next week and that's incredibly exciting.

I have a feeling this is going to b e an inconsequential HAM, ROS, VET Podium. An amazing race thus far though.

Rosberg has this race, Ferari fucked up on strats once again. It's a shame, they've got it where it counts but just can't follow through with reliability or adaptability to their opponent's strats.

Edit: Am I correct in my remembering that Ferari had the exact same tire trouble on Raikonnen's car during pits last year at Melbourne?

Boy what a race so far, the rest of the season should be like this k thnx.

That crash was terrifying. It was one of those "We have to wait to see if he's okay before showing it" crashes.

I think I'm one of the few people who likes the HD remaster business. As insidious as it is, I do like seeing older stuff made playable and accessible again without having to drag out the old hardware. It's basically the same shtick the movie industry does every time a new format comes out. You aren't being forced to buy the things but for the people who want them, they're kinda nice.

My please stop is more of a please start. PSN speeds are back to the way they were before I had to pay for PS+. SONY, PLEASE START using the PS4's "Network chip"

Almost revealed more than I want to see, but I think it's enough. Time to forget about MGS for a week else I'll dive into spoiler pools.

Your points seem valid and if you didn't like how GZ felt, then Phantom Pain probably isn't for you.

However, if you ask me, the fulton recovery system only adds to the stealth tension. From the few gameplay vids that Konami released, it seems you can only carry 8-12 at a time, much like in Peace Walker, and they charge you a small amount of GMP to do so. Hiding a body, really isn't that hard in these games, and walking up to a dude and attaching the balloon adds almost the same level of risk as hiding bodies does. It also adds a tangible reward for going non-leathal rather than good feelings that you aren't killing these poor soldiers.

@skullpanda1: That was during the First Liberian Civil War which lasted from 1989-1997. Unless the game stretches forward 5 years I'm not sure we'll see Raiden in any capacity.
