Abby has really tapped into one of the big things we love about this site, the personalities. Once again, premium content justifies my subscription.

Alex played really well with the cards he was dealt. The Abomination is becoming a killing machine.

Eh, he got a lot of vital help from Vinny here. Alex seemed to want to start every turn by having the Abomination move and hunker down, same way he did most previous episodes.

Yeah, Vinny's "observer" role has really just been thrown out the window, he's absolutely a second player at this point.

Played some Arcade mode last night and I am back in big time for this game. Now I just have to buy Season passes 2 and 3. Still not going to buy costume packs though.

Was slightly disappointed with single page non voiced endings (not sure if this is across the board, I only played through SF2 with Guile and SF1 with Ryu) but there are so many paths and it is a hell of a lot of fun to play through those modes.

This was really great. I was a little unsure after the first episode as I preferred the improv/scene set ups of the previous specials, but towards the end of the previous episode and this episode especially had some amazing moments.

Did miss Jeff/Louie though.

Enjoy this collection of lists and EOY community content, especially since members of the community show a lot of passion for games and put a lot of thought into their choices. My list is here, it's kind of amazing how long you can spend mulling this stuff over.

Nice list, your top five is basically a collection of games I need to get to, in the case of 1 and 3, I got them day one but never got a chance to play them. Love seeing a good write up of how Night in the Woods connected with others.

Had planned to pre-order one but then my sports team started to do really damn well and I put all the money I had earmarked into the X to them instead (a ticket to a game cost 2/3rds of the X price) so I'm forced to wait. I'm not really fussed about waiting either, a lot of my EOY gaming this year looks to be Switch based besides Wolfenstein 2.

Beat it on Normal last night. 100% agree with this review, I can't recall a boss fight more rewarding that King Dice as a culmination of all your skill coming into play.

I don't have a problem with Dan's heel gimmick in shows that are competitive in nature like Mario Party Party or Steal My Sunshine, but I view shows like Exquisite Corps in the same way as stuff like Project BEAST that came before it - it's a genuine shared effort with everyone pushing towards a common goal. Dan is the only one that seems to be going against that notion, and that's why there's this backlash that you see.

Spot on, part of the reason I loved Project BEAST was just watching them all work through it together in earnestly trying to achieve a goal. Dan's episodes of this, while pretty funny, really grate on me because it has to all be about him.
