Okay, I see now. Billy J. Mitchell is an actor. I've given Billy J a brief description (in which is stated he isn't that Billy Mitchell), a picture, and the games you listed that he voice acted in. That should clear up most of the confusion.

There's ramifications for airing them without their permission (if that's the case), and I suppose for misrepresenting them, but not $1 million worth, that's usually for loss of limbs or something like that.

It varies by state, but I'd guess the laws would say something like "manufacture, sell, dispense, supply, purchase, possess" alcohol. One reason is so when the cops bust a party, nobody can use that "I was just holding it for a friend" excuse and they can give you a hefty fine, making more revenue for them.
The tricky part is that homebrew kits are legal because it isn't alcohol yet, it's just the parts to do it (the gov't must have figured people would buy the parts separately anyways - lots of illegal drugs are made with household items and you can't be arrested just for buying that 1 component). But once it's fermented or whatever then it's illegal because you're manufacturing and possessing it.

Have a "menu" of choices like alpha, most popular, most relevant, chronological, random, etc.

You can add a "?" image or "photo not available" or if a person is famous for something, an image with that (like if they're known for programming Ratchet and Clank, you can put an image of them in, and people will know it's the person behind R&C, not Ratchet or Clank who did the programming), or if they're an illustrator, an image they did, or maybe we can ask for an official Giant Bomb "don't have a photo picture" and someone could replace it later if they have an image.

Anyone have any ideas of why there aren't any third party candidates as in previous elections?
