IIRC, I think they mentioned it in one of of the discord chats, they share engineers with Fandom and I don't think its a huge priority for them/Fandom.

Default for me. I'll adjust the difficulty up for Bethesda games, sometimes too easy or for trophy reasons. Also, if I play any sports games I'll usually use the custom option to adjust it granularly ...
