@jeff Every level has a "par" amount of studs that you're supposed to collect. That's what "Rule Breaker" is. There's a bar in the top middle of the screen that displays your progress towards that goal when you pick up studs. That mechanic has been in all the LEGO games under different names (i.e. "True Jedi" in the Star Wars games); typically unlocks for bonus levels are tied to meeting that goal on every standard level (which is not hard).

@jeff The vehicle pickup icons in Battlefront are not generic, they depict the vehicle you are picking up. However, single use equipment powerups like the placable automatic turrets, orbital strikes, prox mines, etc. have the generic icon and are effectively random.

I'm an old man of 33 and haven't played a MP shooter seriously since TF2 was new. I really want to play this, but I'm looking at this QL, thinking that if this is how viciously skilled PS4 players are, PC (where I want to play it) is going to be 10 times worse. It seems like I'd be paying $60 to experience little more than spending 30 seconds running somewhere just to get killed before doing anything.

Man do I feel Vinny's pain on the Mass Effect 2 pre-order bonuses and actually it's worse than he said:

The "Terminus" weapon and armor, which was the Gamestop exclusive pre-order bonus, was never made available for separate purchase on PC or XBox (it is part of a purchasable DLC pack on PS3 because ME2 released on PS3 a year later and they didn't do pre-order bonuses for it). The armor isn't such a big deal, but the weapon (M-490 Blackstorm) is arguably the coolest heavy weapon in the game. It's essentially a Ratchet and Clank style "black hole" gun. The fact that a significant chunk of the player base still doesn't have any way (or any legal way) to access this weapon is insane.
