Deadly Premonition Microgames!

So now I've spent a few hours working on a full-on Deadly Premonition microgame, and I have a few ideas for others. This first one is probably the most technically complicated by far, though. 
 
In "Axe Evasion," you must do a one-button quick-time event to avoid getting hit by the axe of the red raincoated man! The button that you must press is random (out of four options! It took some effort to get this to work within WW:D.I.Y.'s constraints), and you have but scant seconds to press it!

If you succeed in evading the axe, you are rewarded with a poorly-drawn evasion animation. If you fail, however:

The only final art assets are the buttons, the timer and "Evade," and "Die." Everything else will probably be redrawn before I finish it up and "ship" it.
