Anyway I might rebuy the game used to play next years stuff but for now i'm trading it in to get money off of Assassins Creed 3

It sounds like there has been a real swing of opinion on Live. As a PS3 guy I have no idea what it's like but people have gone from praising it as amazing 3 years ago, to calling it terrible now.

I do agree that it's dumb to pay for online when you already bought the damn game AND an internet connection!

To an extent Persona 4 gets away with it because the gameplay choices allow you to make create a character that makes sense in game and isn't just in your head. For example Charlie Tunoku is a pretty fleshed out character because of the in game decisions Vinny and Jeff made.

While a game like Half Life is, to me at least, endlessly boring because Gordan Freeman doesn't react to anything in game. Unless you consider being hugged by Alyx character development which I don't.

My opinion is that silent protaganists, mainly those in first person, completely suck and sometimes ruin whole games for me.

Enter Shikari's Flash Flood Of Colour was released back in January and as far as i'm concerned it's the best album ever let alone best this year.

I think it looks pretty cool and it suits the overall style really well. Although surely their must be at least one dress in the game? I haven't really been paying attention for dresses.

@Bwast: I recommend the recent films of Tony Jaa such as The Protector or Ong Bak. The story and acting is terrible but the fight scenes more than make up for them.

It has a very disjointed story with it playing out more like a series of aimless skits but overall it's very entertaining. The soundtrack is fantastic and I found the characters interesting and very funny. Tara Lynne Barr was great as Roxy, I hated the character of Hit Girl in Kickass and Roxy is very similar but she comes across as more psychotic and yet more likable too.

I also found it quite cathartic, which scares me slightly.

@thomasnash: Yeah you bring up some really good points there. Especially when Shaw started crying because she couldn't have children, I almost stopped watching because of that. The whole thing about Shaws' Cross was pretty bad too.

Actually in hind sight it's a very bad story but I still enjoyed it at the time.

I just watched Prometheus for the first time and I thought it was pretty fantastic. I'm not a big fan of the Alien series as I've only seen Alien before this.

Why was their such a big backlash against the film? The only problems I had were the bad accents and the fact Shaw can still run after getting serious abdominal surgery.

I'd give it 4/5 for having an interesting story, great cinematography, and some of the most impressive visuals I've ever seen.

Seriously though why the hate?

I can't wait to play it with the new mechromancer. If there is one sure deal out there to risk a season pass on its Borderlands and i'm glad I made that choice.
