Well I have to say the man actually did what he said, he made me fall in love.  I mean I was pissed off when I was told that my family was killed, and was silently vowing vengeance when he shot my dog.  And finally the end decision was no hesitation I chose love and was smiling in spite of myself when I got home and was greeted by my kids and spouse, with my faithful dog.

So how about you?  Do you think he accomplished what he set out to?

It is a shame really, I so wanted that game but that is just too much for an arcade title.  I mean that is more expensive than some of the full featured x-box classics.  Don't get me wrong, the game looks awesome from what I have seen but it is still just a side scrolling beat-em-up and thats just too rich for my blood.

I remember the game Gold Rush by Sierra On Line, where not only did you get an awesome stylized manual you also got a sizable booklet delving into the history of the gold rush and two maps showing the various routes taken.  This was not some collectors edition that you had to pay more for but it came standard.  Manuals like these or even something as simple as the Max Payne manual which looked like a classified police document folder add so much to my immersion before the game even starts.  It is truly sad that this practice has gone by the wayside.

I would like to see something that is somehow generated for the page I am looking at.  For example Amazon links to buy the game, or some sort of ad that recommends similar games.

Good connection with name (plus phoenixes are cool ^_^)

My game would be something of a cyberpunk robin hood.   A futuristic world where your upper class family is destroyed and you form a band of hackers from the slums and run various missions against corporate AIs.  It would be an action RPG with an open world, think future GTA with stats and loot.

Form those games you will not get an experience like MGS4 (actually you probably couldn't get that from any game ^_^)  But I am going to suggest Uncharted to you, cause out of all of those the story seemed to draw me in the most.  Best of luck on your decision.
