The first one is a true sci-fi classic. I can keep watching them again and again and I don't think I'll ever get bored. It's because it relies on character interactions more than the fight scenes and the story is top notch. Even the fight scenes are interspersed fairly well throughout the movie and I think it's the practical effects that make them age well. Especially the Neo vs Smith fight in the subway platform.

I loved Reloaded at the time but it is mostly a string of action scenes and I don't really like the highway sequence. It goes on forever. The dialogue and intrigue around the Merovingian was cool though.

The third was relentless with the action and it became tiring to watch. It didn't help that in 2 and 3 the supporting cast isn't really great. Except for the old councillor and the Merovingian, I can't think of any other new character that had anything interesting to say or do.

I never got into fighting games like Mortal Kombat or Soulcalibur because of the enormous list of combos and my failure to remember them all or execute special attacks properly. But I've been competent with melee character action games like DMC4 and Ninja Gaiden Sigma. The former has one button interspersed with pauses for MOST of its attacks and in the latter I abused the heck out of the Izuna Drop and instantaneous Ultimate Attacks.

It's been a while since I've played a melee character action game and the combo list in MGR is huge. How do you remember them? All of them? Some of them? Some of the special moves require enemies on screen to practice (like the HF Blade energy wave). Couple this with the fact that the special weapons have their own separate list. I only have the pole-arm right now but that combo list is daunting.

BTW, I remember some reviewer saying that the special weapons don't work well with the HF Blade which isn't true in my eyes in what I've seen of the pole-arm at least.

Honorable mentions to Sam Gideon of Vanquish, Raiden of MGR and Ryu Hayabusa of Ninja Gaiden.

One of the most annoying people I see are those who scream about tinfoil hats and ridicule doubts as conspiracy theories. This time you have proof in front of your eyes and yet people still scream about tinfoil hats? You have to be a special kind of 'thick' to be able to do that.

I really don't want yet another spybot in the house. After all that's happened over the past few weeks, it beggars belief why someone would want to add to the list of devices already spying on them.

And I don't like the pay-for-online introduced to PSN with the PS4.

So it's a stalemate at the moment for me, not to mention none of the games showcased so far have been remotely remarkable in my eyes.

Red Dead Redemption for the sheer sense of exploration in the Wild West.

All three Uncharted games for the sense of mystery.

Mass Effect 2 for the epicness.

Call of Duty 4 for the best FPS story ever. #dealwithit

Prince of Persia 2008 (with the epilogue included)

Braid (and even on my second playthrough, I couldn't remember the solutions to all puzzles)

etc.

Promising start, but I'm hoping for fewer enemies, fewer WW2 links, better environments, more historical architecture and more puzzles and platforming.
