I loved MGS4's ending, no matter how ridiculous it got right at the end.
I would have loved Mass Effect's if not for the horribly cheesy pose Shepard makes at the end. It's such an unfortunate moment because whenever I think of the ending I just jump to that picture and start to chuckle.
COD4's ending was just amazingly satisfying. It's too bad IW felt the need to one up themselves and instead ended up making MW2's ending feel contrived.
