And it was fucking amazing.
I am pretty glad I never sold it, yes this game has its flaws to but all in all this game is pretty sound and things like juggernaut do not really bother me.
Modern warfare 2 lately has just gotten boring because it seems to me like everybody and there mother can play the game because it is too easy.
mw2 is cool and all but it gives players so much of handicap and the exploits in it have just ruined most of my fun that I prolly would of had playing Mw 2.
 
But Anyways Cod 4, also feels a little bit easier because I did good every single game i played, mostly because I didn't have to worry about ridiculous deathstreaks and one man army whores. After playing this morning I'm feeling going back to cod 4, I dont know if anyone else here has, but im highly considering getting rid of Mw 2 not because  of the bad times but also cause my disc is almost broken.
 
So yeah, just thought I'd say that its a nice change and to anyone thats getting annoyed at Mw 2 its a good relief from that game.

I went back and played it a month or two ago online.  One thing I noticed was how absolutely terrible the people playing were.  I literally went 30-5 nearly every game I played.
 
But yeah, it's refreshing playing a game without all the stupid gimmicks MW2 introduced.

A few months ago I got sick of Modern Warfare 2 and put CoD4 in instead. I thought, "Oh man! This is so awesome! I can't believe I was playing MW2 when Call Of Duty 4 is sooooooo much better!" I played for a few hours, and the next day I went back to playing MW2. The same thing happened with my friend. He played CoD4 one day, told me "Dude this game is so much better!" and the next day he was back to playing MW2. Never played CoD4 since then. The same will happen with you.

COD 4 has horrible nade spam.

Funny a topic like his should pop as me and my mates played this last night. It's great because it's full of massive noobs and I don't really care about my score so I just try and quick scope everybody.

Oh right, I should play that game again...and take more screenshots for the forum. It's still good to this day.  
 
Still, on pc at least it has dedicated servers and more players.

I sold COD4 back to Gamestop a couple of months ago just on principle. I don't want Activision in my house. 
 
My anti-Activision resolve will be tested when the whole Bungie/Activision deal produces something though.

COD4 was easier to dominate in, Modern Warfare 2 may have some cheap weapons but at least every now and then an average person can take down a good person. 
 
I think COD4 was frustrating for the average player, but MW2 is frustrating for the above average player.

Ive done the same recently as well, you can pretty much tell cod4 is a much better game cause MW2 is now getting 4 maps from cod4 for expansions. From what i can tell though the game is mostly people going back and playing for shits and giggles, so you get ALOT of people with m4oa3 just quick scoping or playing with acog. Spawn system still sucks and nade spam is still a bit of a pain but overall still enjoyable.
