Anything below 60 is just not as good. You should aim for 60 with the current generation crop. Switch is a different animal, I guess. Get out of here with that 30 FPS crap. We need to live in a 60+ FPS video game present and future.

I still think Vinny is perhaps the most likeable person in all of games media. It's Vinny. He's ludicrously likeable.

My dream would be the current GB crew and Nextlander, Gerstmann, and others friends throughout the years would kind of spin out to the patreon model and kind of collaborate together and just make a bunch of wild, wacky shit about games. Like Abby, Mary, Jason, Ben, etc... if he wanted to come back and do stuff. Just sort of a friends of Giant Bomb collaborative effort. Just to have fun and still cover games.

I hope that would be lucrative enough to make sense. It seems like Nextlander is doing pretty well.

This current iteration of this site could really use Jess. She handled a lot of the editing/producer stuff I'm sure Jan is swamped with now. She was also a great vibrant personality that worked well with Jan, Dan, Grubb etc...

Mike is awesome. They should just hire him full time.

Jan: Main host, Main Producer, On-Air, Jack of all trades

Dan: Creative Director, On-Air, He probably does a lot of meetings and in person coverage.

Grubb: Newsman, Sort of the main cog when it comes to On-Air content. Feels like he sets up a lot of Day to Day.

Bakalar: Overseer, I'm sure he's in lots of meetings, overseeing the team. On-Air. Doing a lot of the icky corporate junk.

Tam and Lucy are just way too busy with GameSpot. They don't feel like part of the main team.

@ydross: I hope they do. Or find existing ones and join on as staff and contributors to their fledgling companies. Nextlander, Gerstmann has said he wanted to eventually find more people for his thing. Minnmax etc...

Giant Bomb is officially on borrowed time. How can we feel any other way?

I do think a Jeff Grubb, Jeff Gerstmann, Dan Ryckert type show or whatever would be rife with excellent hijinks.

I thought Borne to Run was put on a bit of hiatus because of what is happening to Tamoor. I think Danny mentioned that. Once he gets situated and they carve out some time, I'm sure it'll be back. I hope at least.

Absolute master class in delivery is the most important thing in comedy. He will go down as an all-time great. Even though like all the best comedians his style is not for everybody.

There's good shit in every style. Hip-hop still probably my favorite. It still comprises the biggest slice of my collection.

Also to the dude who likes jazz...fuck yeah. Hard bop and Soul-Jazz from the mid 50's through mid 60's is my favorite period and styles.

Hank Mobley is one of my favorite musicians. Grant Green, Freddie Hubbard, Wynton Kelly etc... all those dudes recording for Blue Note and Impulse and shit are sick as hell.
