Hell no. Top 8 full of French players who tested the DotEmu port for a while and/or Fightcade players. Also after years of them saying they might want to go, I don't believe they have the time to do it at all. Maybe Jason for leisure but that's it.
As for ST, even if it doesn't win, there are people who are willing to do it. Maybe not in a Tournament of Legends level but still something.
Get Fightcade and use the emulator that is housed in it (FinalBurn Alpha: ggpofba). Fightcade's menu for ST has what you need to get the game to work. You do need to register to login to the service and find the ST menu. As long as you read it carefully, it's an easy process.
Not the most accurate due to FBA's minute speed inaccuracies compared to actual CPS2 hardware but very playable. Also you can play it online against others.
Finally got the chance to try it and damn it's really impressive. While I am dying a bit in it, I understand and appreciate its design to having a very fast and active approach to the Souls-like gameplay. The Ki system is something to get used to but since it's an important yet somewhat subtle mechanic, I like it especially on how it's implemented in the universe.
Nice. I had problems when I tried making it work on my system. At the least I still have my original Xbox as well.
As much as Hitman is getting great reception, IO needs to get back into Freedom Fighters somehow. Hopefully EA is willing to sell it to Square-Enix or IO themselves. If there would be a reboot or even a direct sequel, it's gonna be a good challenge to implement some of the mechanics while trying to feel unique in this time.
Been hearing a lot of buzz about Blood Incantation and took a listen. Damn very psychedelic but sounding like something out of Morbid Angel's Domination.
My favorite is more on the hardcore side of things. While I do understand the overratedness of this album, I still love Nails' You Will Never be One of Us. Those riffs and the guitar sound are too damn good. Also love that most of the songs are super fast.
