I’m sure you’re thinking to yourself, “Yeah, 42 is the answer, any good nerd knows that.” You crack open your PBR and wonder, “Is there anything else, though? Some number that people haven’t thought could be cool.” You jump to your feet, causing your first edition vinyl record to skip. “I just figured it out!” you exclaim. “I need a number that represents how lame the PSN’s version of Summer of Arcade is, and how disconnected Blizzard is. I need a number that talks about the EA vs Steam debacle. I need a number that talks about what came out this week, one that represents Alex and Daniel digging in to what they’ve played.” You settle back in to your recliner that you picked up from Goodwill, and gently puff your pipe. A satisfied grin comes to your face, since you figured it out before it was cool. “Yes,” you think, “I need the number 43.”
