Picking my top 10 games was tough to do. With so many great games this year, to narrow it down to just 10 is crazy. I did my best with picking out my favorite 10 of this year. I'd also like to mention Bastion, From Dust, Battlefield 3 and Dead Island.
Also the Dead Island Thursday Night Throwdown was my favorite TNT of this year and recommend everyone watch it.
What do I need to say?
Good humor, story and gameplay. The singleplayer kept me laughing and thinking. Co-Op was a fun time with friends.
The only game this year that I've played every day since its release. With a surprisingly good campaign and story, a better version of Horde, online matches and the new addition Beast, Gears will keep you busy and entertained.
Theres something about severing the limbs of your enemies in space with a plasma cutter that is extremely fun.
Just watch the Thursday Night Throwdown Nov. 11 2011 of Saints Row The Third and you'll understand what makes this game great.

Oh wow, I thought this was a movie. Stunning visuals and fun gameplay.

After Forza 2 I could never go back to another racing game, so im glad Forza 4 came out because it was just what I needed.
Im still in the middle of this game and so far im loving it.
