Two more questions if you don't mind:

- Does it retain the religious symbolism of the previous Halo games?
- Are there any copy-and-paste environments?

I have a set of questions about the campaign.

- Do quick-time events appear frequently?
- Are the environments open ended?
- How's the relationship between Chief and Cortana?
- How does it differ from previous entries?
- Are there any Michael Bay moments a.k.a. randomly scripted explosions?
- How's Didact as a villain?
- Does Thomas Lasky have a significant role in this game or is he there for fan service?
- Are there any memorable set-pieces?
- Does it have an abrupt ending like Halo 2?
- Are there any bad missions like The Library  from CE and Cortana from Halo 3?
- Does Master Chief finally get some character development this time?

If anyone believes Halo is a simple shooter, then you're gravely mistaken. Halo always had the best combat out of any first-person shooter. The Golden Tripod, mixed the the "30 Seconds of Fun" philosophy has always maintained Halo's freshness. Almost no game has copied it well as Halo has.

You want to talk about a simple shooter, look at Call of Duty. The mechanics are shallow, and it doesn't require a lot of skill from the player. Don't get me wrong, I used to like Call of Duty, but we haven't gotten a good Call of Duty game since the fourth one. Halo is still special, because unlike most shooters out in the market, it has colors and it's not overloaded with respawning brain dead enemies.

Old-school LucasArts adventure games and Conker's Bad Fur Day.

Mass Effect 3 disappointed me, and I loved Mass Effect 2's streamlined and action oriented gameplay. I could argue that Mass Effect 2 is the only great game in the series. The first one was good, but it's has flaws right up all the way to its ass. There's just so much wrong with the original that many people think it's "a deep RPG", when it really has a lot of needlessly complicated and useless shit that ME2 thankly done away with.

Yes, because I'm sick of shooting Middle Earsterners and Russians. I miss the good ol' days where we could blow Nazi's away, in point blank range with a 12 gauge.

Sorry, I didn't see the flood of forum posts asking for the menu music. I only wandered into the thread because of the unusual title where I thought "Who cares about the menu music?"

In general I really feel there is a better way to do "here is a piece of music" for forums like this. If that thought offends you then whatever.

Because the game has phenomenal music, alright? Now just let us enjoy the sweet, sweet soundtrack of Halo 4.

If Assassin's Creed III is the buggiest game you've played, you haven't tried Daggerfall yet.
